Candid Gaming Ltd ("we", "us") is a B2B software vendor registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. We provide a white-label casino platform to iGaming operators. We do not operate gambling services directly.

This policy covers the candidgaming.com marketing website only, not the operator platform. Operator data processing is covered under separate Data Processing Agreements.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Your role
  • Approximate monthly GGR range
  • Primary jurisdictions served
  • Your message
  • Timeline preference

We don't collect any data passively. There are no tracking scripts, analytics tools, or marketing pixels on this site at the time of writing.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a scoping call, and follow up on your interest in our platform. That's it. We don't use your data for marketing campaigns, sell it, or feed it into ad networks.

Who we share it with

Your contact form submission is delivered via Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. Resend processes the email on our behalf and does not use your data for any other purpose. We don't share your data with anyone else.

Cookies

This website currently uses no cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll use a privacy-focused tool and update this policy. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as they're relevant to an ongoing business conversation, and no longer than 24 months after the last interaction. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data.

Your rights under GDPR

As a Cyprus-based company processing data of EU residents, we comply with the GDPR. You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
