Our pricing has been on this page since day one. The setup fee, monthly base, and GGR percentage are what you'll pay — unless you need custom terms, in which case we'll quote them and still publish the baseline.

All prices in EUR, excluding VAT. Monthly fees billed in advance, GGR fees billed on the 15th of the following month. Security deposit equal to one month of base fee, refundable at contract end.
How we compare to incumbents.
We don't publish incumbents' pricing because they don't either. But based on the quotes our prospective clients have shared with us, typical enterprise-vendor pricing for an operator at Growth tier scale runs 3–5% of GGR, plus a base fee in the €8–15k range, plus setup in the €30–80k range, plus per-module fees for anything beyond the base.
Our Growth tier at 1.0% of GGR saves a typical €2M GGR/month operator roughly €40–80k per month. Over a 12-month contract, that's €500k–1M in retained margin.

Pricing questions we get asked.
Can we bring our own Curaçao license?
Yes. We don't require you to sub-license through us. If you already have a license in good standing, we configure the platform to your license terms. If you need a license, we'll introduce you to collaborators who provide sub-licenses and handle the paperwork.
Do you take a percentage of deposits or withdrawals?
No. Our GGR fee is the only variable component. Deposits, withdrawals, and payment processor fees flow directly between you and your PSP. We never touch player money.
What's the real contract length?
12 months minimum, month-to-month after that. No 36-month lock-ins. If it's not working for you after 12 months, you walk. We think that keeps us honest.
Can we migrate players and balances from our current platform?
Yes, for Growth and Enterprise tiers. Player data migration is included; balance migration is handled case-by-case because it requires coordination with your current vendor. Starter-tier customers typically launch as new brands rather than migrate, which is simpler for everyone.
Do you support crypto?
Yes. BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USDC. Fiat-to-crypto conversion via CoinsPaid. Cold storage for operator reserves via standard custodial providers. We're crypto-native, not crypto-retrofit.
Do you support sports betting?
Not in v1. Sportsbook is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. If sportsbook is essential for you today, we're not the right vendor yet — we'll tell you that honestly rather than wasting your time.
What if we need features that aren't in your tier?
Enterprise tier includes custom development. For Growth tier, we'll quote features as fixed-price add-ons. For Starter tier, we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible at your price point or whether you should consider Growth.
What happens if your company fails?
Legitimate question. Your platform source code is held in escrow through our Cyprus lawyer. If Candid Gaming Ltd ever fails or discontinues the product, you get the source code and can continue operating it independently or migrate it elsewhere. This is written into the contract.
