PAM (Player Account Management) is the heart of an iGaming platform — player profiles, wallets, KYC state, RG settings, transaction history, bonus state, and everything else that makes up a player's relationship with your brand. Most incumbent platforms treat PAM as a feature locked inside their product. We treat it as a first-class, owned-by-you component.
What that means in practice: fully documented data schemas, a complete REST API for your own systems to query, on-demand full exports in standard formats, and contractual guarantees that your player data is yours and exportable at any time. If you ever want to leave us, you leave with everything. No proprietary formats, no data hostage situations, no "we'll see what we can do" when you ask for an export.
We believe the main reason operators hate their current platforms is vendor lock-in, and we're structuring our product specifically to not be that vendor. Our MSA includes an explicit data portability clause. Your lawyer should read it; it's short and unusual.

Modern stack
Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS backend. React and Next.js frontend. PostgreSQL as source of truth. Redis for sessions. Everything in containers.
EU infrastructure
Hosted on EU cloud infrastructure in Germany and Finland. Managed database services, CDN via Cloudflare. All player data stays in EU jurisdictions by default — or in the region of your choice.
Observable and auditable
Full audit logging, Sentry error tracking, Grafana metrics, structured logs shipped to persistent storage. When something goes wrong we know it before you do.
Secure by construction
TLS everywhere, secrets via dedicated vault, isolated environments per operator, penetration tested before each major release. ISO 27001 certification path in progress.

We're telling you this because the incumbents charge you for all of these whether you use them or not. If you need any of these today, we'll tell you to use someone else for that piece and integrate us for the platform. That's the deal.
